1. Order Cancellation
- Before Dispatch: If an order is canceled before it has been dispatched, a full 100% refund will be issued.
- Before Delivery: If an order is canceled after dispatch but before delivery, a refund will be issued minus a fee of Rs 150 per bottle.

- Refunds will only be processed if the seal or packing of the bottle remains intact. No refund will be issued if the seal or packaging of the bottle has been broken or tampered with.

- Once a cancellation or return is approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used during the purchase.
